If your church has any clothing to go to Honduras, please deliver it to St. Timothy’s in Lake Jackson by April 1st.

We have to turn in an itemized list for customs on May 1st.

At the meeting on January 10, 2009 the following items were mentioned as still needed for the trip. Some of these might be solicited from our fellow church members.

1. Seeds - many crops were destroyed by the fall storms in Honduras. They will need seed corn, carrots, just about any crop, to get going again. See Bill McGonagle.

2. Have a Spam Off - a friendly competition among churches! See Darr Wilson.

3. Have a Vitamin Day at Church. We need multivitamins, kids vitamins. See Chris Turner.

4. School Supplies - Notebooks, pencils, pens. See Bill McGonagle.

Today is the day we will pack up the medical supplies at St. Marks in Bay City.

Fajita Fundraiser benefiting our mission trip is today at St. Marks in Bay City.

Today is the Deadline for receiving trip registration packages.

The meeting scheduled for December 6, 2008 has been rescheduled to January 10, 2009, at Good Shepherd Episcopal in Friendswood. Lunch will be provided.

Dear All,

It is time (or maybe a little past time) to get things kicked off. I would like to invite everyone to come to St. Mark's in Bay City on Oct. 25th, from 12 (noon) to 2:30 for a meeting to discuss the 2009 Honduras Mission Trip to Corinto. We have several topics of discussion to cover concerning all future trips.

Hi everybody, this is a reminder of our pill packing day.

We will have our Honduras Medical Mission (Pill Packing Party) April 12 (this coming Saturday) at St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Bay City at 9:00am.

As you all know we take a great deal of medicine to Corinto and we need to make our preparations now. If you are available and can come to help it will be greatly appreciated. Bring a friend or two to help, remember the more help we have the faster processing will go and we always have a good time during this activity.
